me and Grace

My mom asked me if we wanted to go to McDonald's first or go home first.  At the same time we said "We want to go to McDonald's!"  Then we went home and Grace said not to get Sadie out but before she said it, I had opened the cage.  Sadie raced past her to go outside and Grace started to cry.  Mommy was being too nice to her and acting like Grace was her child.  Then we played hide and go seek.  Grace wanted to know my secret spot, and I did not want to tell her but I told her.  It was under the bed.  Then we to the Family Fun Fair and met her family.  I told Mommy to get as many tickets as she could.  We played games until it ended.  Daddy could not go because he was in Chicago.

too tired to post

E is too tired to post tonight.  But if she were not already asleep, I think she would want to show you what was found cleaning out her bedroom this week.  One missing wallet and one pair of panties.  We are not sure how Mommy's panties made it to that destination but now may be the time to invest in some sportier ones.  Those look pretty pitiful.  Check out the trashcan filled with art projects.  E is making new ones every day! 

friday fun

Friday was a great day.  Abbey came over and we were so excited we almost could not wait.  And after school I just came running like normal by myself but not with Abbey because she was in the bathroom.  Then Abbey was done.  Mommy asked "Do you want to eat first or go to Paint & Fun first?"  I said "Abbey is hungry."  Abbey decided to paint first but there were not very many things to choose.  It was closing down.  Then Abbey said, "Where is it going?"  And mommy said, "I do not think it is going anywhere.  It is just closing."  Then we went to McDonald's.  I was going to get a McBlizzard for my treat but I decided to get bubble gum ice cream. Abbey got a cone of cookies and cream.  We stopped at The Children's Place on the way to McDonald's.  We went back after supper.  When we went the second time, Mommy said we could get flip flops.  We saw these purses that were so beautiful but Mommy said no about buying purses.  Then we went to Abbey's house and walked her in.  I saw her room.  Abbey started jumping on her bed with her pottery.  Her pottery fell off and broke and she was really really sad.  But then she was o.k.  

another big day

More fun.  This time Mommy was worn out so Daddy read the Keeker book tonight (Keeker and the Pony Camp Catastrophe - thanks Nana!).  My whole family is into story time, and Nana get all my books.  She sends a book almost every week in a (recycled) PINK envelope, along with papers for Mommy.  (LA:  I have received an envelope from my mother (aka Nana) containing parts of the local news every single week since I married in 1994.  How's that for devotion?!  We love and appreciate you, Mother.)  Mommy helped make dinosaur eggs at school.  It was a big mess of flour, water and newspaper on balloons.  That's all.  

meet sadie girl

Sadie doesn't usually stay very well so I kind of had to hold her neck and one time she poopied on the carpet and Mommy had to clean it up and Daddy stepped in it.  We did not know until Mommy saw.  Our house is not quite finished yet but we are working on it.  Sadie girl sometimes scratches on the carpet.  ummm.  I went to school today and we cannot have dogs at school.  Not even for show and tell.  My principal has a lot of dogs.  Ten or something like that.  I do not even know.  That's it.

big big day

E is totally exhausted and cannot post today.  We were up at 5:15, and she was off to School's Out Club from 7:20 til 3:20, exercising, climbing, basketballing, crafting, and swimming.  Blake and Taylor were there, and a big time was had by all.  We hit an afterschool activity from 4:00 til 4:30, and here she is on her bed at 5:20 p.m. and then half asleep in the bathroom five minutes later.

Sweet dreams at last!  We will be back soon to fill you in on our Sunday supper in a town named Elizabeth.

my mom makes me get a haircut

My mom makes me get a haircut because my hair has been really stringy long.  Mommy said I could have a trim but it isn't very long.  I did not say anything to her about it.  I like my haircut but I am going to have to let it grow out.  I mean, I like it but I wish I had had a trim.  Even Mommy was surprised about how much was cut.  The lady said one inch.

Valentine's party

Thursday was a great day.  We had a Valentine's party at school and played bingo.  Our chips were hearts candy.  And we gots lots of funny candy, cards and tatoos.  Elizabeth brought cupcakes and chocolate milk.  Emma brought doughnuts and we got to take them home to have for breakfast.  But my mom made me eat an egg, too.  -E
